I have an 03 KTM 300EXC for sale. It has current NY State street title
and plate. I put many new parts into it and only did some trail riding
and rode one Enduro after installing them. I rode the senior C class and
came in third (first Enduro I have ridden in 11 years). The parts I put
into it are: new piston and rings (the one that was in it was OK I just
wanted to start with a fresh engine), wheel bearings, new tires, brake
pads, fork seals, front brake line, hydraulic clutch line, new plastic,
air filter. It has MSR aluminum hand guards with plastic add on
deflectors, carbon fiber pipe guard and aluminum skid plate. The reason
I am selling it is because I got a good deal on a left over 05 GasGas
EC250. I like the engine in the KTM much better, but the GasGas is new
has a warranty and I can't afford both. I am asking $2700 OBO, Must

For Sale 2003 YZ250F with Athena 290cc big bore kit
Race Ready. Many extras.
Moose Full Wrap Skid Plate, Hot Cam, Billet Crank, Oversized radiators, All Black Plastics, including oversized 2.8 gallon Clarke tank, Excel Rims, Parelli tires all the way around, Brand new fork seals, New clutch cable, Renthal Bars, Pro taper grips, full wrap hand guards, DID o-ring chain and renthal sprockets, suspension all redone over the winter, amsoil oil changed after every race, boysen quick shot accelerator pump, kick start lever just rebuilt, Brand new piston and rings over the winter, new front fender coming for it.
This bike has so much torque and power. If you jumped on the ktm 520 and then jumped on this, you would take this over the 520 any day. So much power with so little weight. I run this at every WNYOA hare scramble and it has brought me to the lead in points for the most part of the season in the Open C class as my first year of racing. It is the best bike you will ever see on gas mileage because I can run a whole 2 hour harescramble and still have a ½ tank of gas left when I am done. We got stuck out there for 3 hours one week and I still had over a ¼ tank left. I don’t know what the jetting is in it because I never messed with that but I can tell you it has been taken care of very well because I bought it from Ross at High gear suspension, it was his personal bike, and I ride it hard but go over it every week and make sure it is all in good, sound condition. Never had a problem with it, dropped out of one race due to a flat at miles mountain, but nothing due to running issues . This bike starts in a ¼ kick, in gear none the less, and is first out of the hole shot 9 out of 10 times I would like to at least get the river ratz race in before I sell it just because of my moose points but it can go after that, though I would hate to see it because it has been a great bike. I would like to get $2,750 out of it but it is negotiable from there. The Athena kit alone is over 600 and the tank was around 200. You can see it run at the rest of the races until it is sold, #832 Open C. Keith, at Lanes Yamaha in Watkins Glen does all of the work for me on it and you can call him to verify the power and shape it is in. Please don’t low blow me on any offers, this bike is well worth $3,000 and Keith told me I shouldn’t take any less than that but here ya go.
